| Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank (the Bank) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to perform an audit of the Bank’s annual financial statements which comprise the statement of net position, the related statements of revenues, expenses and changes in net position, and cash flows for the years then ended, and the related notes to the financial statements. The annual audited Financial Statements for FY2024, 2025, and 2026 must be issued on or before September 30th each year. In addition, the selected firm will also perform a quarterly agreed-upon procedures audit (as requested) solely to assist in evaluating the internal accounting records of the Bank for the quarters ending September 30th, December 31st, and March 31st.
